The “KopfHoch” pilot project—focused on effective prevention of headaches and migraines at university level—is managed by ZIES gemeinnützige GmbH under the medical leadership of Prof. Dr. med. Dipl.-Psych. Hartmut Göbel, with funding from BARMER statutory health insurance as part of its preventive mandate nationwide.

Prof. Dr. med. Dipl.-Psych. Hartmut Göbel, director of Kiel Pain Clinic, is a recognized international expert in headache disorders. He contributes to the internationally established “International Classification of Headache Disorders” (ICHD) and has received multiple awards for his research in headache and migraine.
